From Generation to Generation: Descendants of Survivors and Perpetrators
October 2023
3G Chicago held a compelling conversation between two descendants of Holocaust Survivors and the descendant of a perpetrator who was responsible for the deaths of thousands of Jews. This rare opportunity to hear from people whose family histories were directly impacted by the Holocaust offers a unique perspective on how individuals from different backgrounds can come together to combat hatred.
Exploring a Holocaust Survivor’s Relationship with his Granddaughter
January 2022
As antisemitism is on the rise, sharing stories about the Holocaust and its Survivors is more important than ever. 3G Chicago, a newly formed group made up of grandchildren of Holocaust Survivors, joined the Museum for an intimate conversation with one of the Holocaust’s youngest concentration camp Survivors, Sam Harris, and his granddaughter, Jessica Kreamer, as they shared a story of survival and family heritage. The conversation was moderated the Museum's SVP of Education & Exhibitions, Kelley Szany.
